It is made using materials such as nylon, PA66, ABS, PP, PC, PE, POM, PVC, and more. The gear has a hardened tooth surface with a hardness of 30 to 60 H.R.C. It is manufactured with strict quality control according to ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
The dimensions and color of the gear can be customized based on customer drawings. The surface treatment options include blackening, plating, anodizing, and hard anodizing. The gear has precise dimensions with a tolerance of ±0.01mm or more. Samples can be provided for confirmation before production, and the shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
The gear is carefully packaged in clear plastic bags and cartons or wooden pallets according to customer requirements. The delivery time for this product is usually 2 to 8 weeks. Shipping can be arranged via FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, EMS, or other methods as per the customer’s preference.
