30% deposit T/T in advance, and the balance 70% payment by T/T before delivery (we accept payment by T/T, L/C, etc.).
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer to install the machine for commissioning and train our workers?
Yes, we can send our engineer to your factory for installing, commissioning, and training. We have experienced engineers who provide after-sale service and technical support. The installation and commissioning usually take 5-15 days. Customers are responsible for all costs related to visa, travel, and accommodation.
4. If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
Yes, there is a 24-month warranty after shipment for mechanical parts, hydraulic parts, and electric components (6 months for the screw). We are responsible for broken parts within 24 months. The transportation cost for the replacement parts should be paid by the clients.
5. What is the difference between A, B, and C screw? Is there a price difference?
The screw model is designed for different materials and requirements, with different diameters (small, middle, and big). There is no price difference for choosing A/B/C screw types.
