It can be made from various materials such as nylon, PA66, ABS, PP, PC, PE, POM, PVC, PU, TPR, TPE, TPU, PA, PET, HDPE, PMMA, and more. The gear wheel undergoes strict quality control measures, complying with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards. It has a dimension bore tolerance of -/+0.01mm and meets quality standards such as AGMA, JIS, and DIN.
The gear wheel can be surface treated with options like blackening, plating, anodizing, and hard anodizing. It has a gear hardness of 30 to 60 H.R.C. The size and color of the gear wheel are fully customizable according to customer drawings, and the surface can be polished or matte, painted, textured, vacuum aluminized, and stamped with a logo.
