Rack Assembly:
To assemble connected racks more smoothly, each end of a standard rack is designed to add half a tooth, making it convenient to connect the next rack. Tooth gauge is used to control the pitch position accurately. Helical racks can be accurately connected using opposite tooth gauge. The recommended assembly process is as follows:
1. Lock bores on the sides of the rack first, following the sequence of the foundation.
2. Assemble the tooth gauge to ensure accurate and complete pitch position assembly.
3. Finally, lock the position pins on both sides of the rack to complete the assembly.

Test:
The precision and hardness of the gear rack and pinion are tested using a Coordinate Measuring Machine.

Packaging & Shipping:
