2. What are the payment options?
We accept a 30% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 70% payment to be made by T/T before delivery. Other payment methods such as L/C are also acceptable.
3. Can your company send an engineer to install the machine and train our workers?
Yes, we can send our engineer to your factory for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers have experience in providing after-sales service and technical support. The duration of the installation process is typically 5-15 days. Before shipment, please prepare an invitation letter for the visa application of our engineer. Please note that all costs related to the visa, travel, and accommodation should be borne by the customer. Please also be aware that the success of each visa application cannot be guaranteed.
4. Does your machine come with a warranty?
Yes, our machine comes with a 24-month warranty for mechanical parts, hydraulic parts, and electric components (the screw has a 6-month warranty). We are responsible for replacing any broken parts within the warranty period. The replacement parts will be provided free of charge, but the transportation cost may apply and should be paid by the client.
5. What is the difference between A, B, and C screw types and is there a price difference?
The A, B, and C screw types are designed for different materials and specific requirements. The screw diameter varies from small to large. There is no price difference among these screw types.
